A Michigan State University graduate with a Juris Doctor degree, she has served as a Corporate Commercial Leasing Attorney and a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney. Colleen brings expertise in distressed property onboarding, legal compliance, construction management, tenant relations, lease negotiations, and evictions, offering clients comprehensive property management solutions.

By advocating for equitable funding, promoting opportunities, and providing essential tools, they empower their members to build healthy, prosperous, and resilient businesses. Through advocacy, education, data, and communication, they are driving meaningful change and creating opportunities for sustainable growth in their community.
